To All Contestants,

LCRP would like to thank you for your participation in making the each Rodeo Tour a success.  

We are looking forward to your further support at the upcoming 2009 -2010 tour that will begin again in Sulphur. Louisiana at the all new improved West Cal Arena on November 28, 2009 with slack beginning at 1:00 PM, and the show at 7:00 pm.

There will be some changes in the upcoming tour we believed will better support you and serve the LCRP Ministry. Going up on the entry fees will give more payout back to the contestants. Ninety-four (94) percent of the increase will go back to contestant payout.

The upcoming tour we will only be giving a championship buckle to the champion in each event. This will help the ministry provide more services to contestants and help with a blow out show in March with added money.

For time during the show we will only take ten entrees for each event during the show with the exception of bulls which will stay at 40.

Remember ONLY CALL IN ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED and slack will be at 1:00 pm prior to the start of the rodeo and the upcoming tour contestants must have entry fees paid by 6:00 PM on the day of the show. Those who will be coming in late that evening can send in a money order for your entry fee to assure you are in the show.

Exhibition  runs will be the same, $5 or 3 for $12 that will be during slack..

We will continue to stay with the 10 point system with tie breaker of most money won, then best average scores.

Again, thank you for your participation an all that you have done in the past and would ask that you support these changes and inform anyone who may need to know as well. I'm in hope that you again consider the opportunity to be a part of a family sport based around solid Christian values. Let your friends know about the upcoming schedule and get them involved.
